Responsibilities:

• Managed credit control and collections, including chasing overdue payments, maintaining records, and mitigating financial risks.
• Processed client payments, ensured accurate allocation, and managed multi-payer invoices.
• Coordinated billing operations with Matter Teams and Finance, resolving disputes and overseeing eBilling.
• Administered trust accounts by recording funds, allocating balances, and executing transfers.
• Led monthly working capital reviews with partners on WIP and debt.
• Supported fee earners and PAs on billing/credit control procedures and handled ad hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• More than 2 years' credit control experience in a professional services setting.
• Confident, resilient, and able to challenge practices constructively.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, providing both support and guidance.
• Proactive, organised, and skilled at managing priorities.
