We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Vice Principal (Early Childhood Education & Inclusive Practice) to join leadership team. This role offers a unique balance of instructional leadership and administrative management, contributing to both the academic excellence and operational efficiency of the school.

As Vice Principal, you will play a key role in shaping curriculum development, fostering inclusive practices, mentoring educators, and ensuring the well-being and holistic development of children aged 0-6 years old.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide both instructional and administrative leadership to support overall school operations.
  • Assist the Principal in overseeing the professional development of academic staff, ensuring alignment with the latest educational trends and inclusive practices.
  • Schedule and manage teaching staff efficiently to optimize learning outcomes.
  • Lead the design and implementation of curriculum and assessment methods that reflect the evolving early childhood education landscape.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the school, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal SOPs.
  • Safeguard the well-being of students and uphold the quality and timeliness of their learning experiences.
  • Foster high levels of staff engagement and collaboration, in alignment with organizational values.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field.
  • Proven experience in early childhood education, preferably across the 0-6 age range.
  • Passion for creating and promoting inclusive learning environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in curriculum development and educational research.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
