LEGAL COUNSEL

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing support to legal operations, risk management efforts and strategic business objectives and priorities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and service arrangements.
• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory
• matters.
• Support dispute resolution and litigation management where required.
• Liaise with external counsel and regulatory authorities as necessary.
• Conduct legal research and prepare internal advisories on policy or legislative updates.
• Providing thought leadership consistent with Organisation's related business objectives, strategies, policies, standards and procedures.

WORKING HOURS

• 5-day work week
• 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday - Friday)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Law and admitted to practice in Singapore (or relevant jurisdiction).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in corporate/commercial law, ideally in-house or
• with a reputable law firm.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate governance, and regulatory
• compliance.
• Managing varied initiatives, substances, and dealings requiring investigation and condensation of relevant laws, regulations, and industry values
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Well-organized, dynamic, collaborative, and encouraging
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
