• Position : Operations Executive (Shipping Documentation/Air Waybills/Bills of Lading)
• Location : Changi Airfreight Centre
• Working hours : 5.5 days a week, Monday - Friday - 9am -6pm/ ALTERNATE SATURDAYS 9am -1pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3500 + Annual Leave
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Freight Industry

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process international shipping documentation, including import/export permits, Air Waybills (AWB), and Bills of Lading (BL).
• Monitor and track the status of import and export shipments from origin to destination.
• Ensure all operational documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' or 'N' Level qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Prior 1-2 years of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry is preferred.
• Comprehensive training will be provided
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
