• We are looking for a RPA Bot Developer (12 months contract)
• Office Location: TBC

The Talent:

• Qualification in IT, computer science or related disciplines.
• Proficient in RPA (i.e., attained relevant RPA certification) with experience in RPA development using UiPath, Power Automate or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of coding languages is advantageous for complex automations, integrations and debugging.
• Proficient in Mircosoft Excel Macro, Qilksense, PowerBI.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and APIs and familiarity with process mapping/ modelling tools.
• Able to manage tight sprint cycles and deliver production-ready bots efficiently.

Job Description

• Engage and collaborate with business process owners to learn and understand their business processes.
• Identify and propose functional areas/ business processes for redesign.
• Streamline and automate existing processes through process redesign and use of appropriate automation tools such as RPA or macros.
• Ensure redesigned processes comply with standing guidelines.
• Create detailed technical documentation and user training manual for all bot developments.
• Perform testing of automated processes including UAT support.
• Deploy and implement bots into the production environment and provide ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Monitor bot performance, provide maintenance and updates, and implement fixes.
• Maintain version control and change management documentation.
• Monitor bot performance metrics through reports or dashboards.
• Support change management initiatives.
