Our client, a prominent name in the retail industry, is looking for a proactive and analytical Loss Prevention Specialist to join their team. In this critical role, you'll help safeguard merchandise, improve store security, and support business operations through strategic data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Theft Prevention & Surveillance
  Monitor in-store activity and investigate suspicious behavior.
  Conduct regular audits and loss prevention inspections.
  Manage incident response and liaise with law enforcement as required.
• Security Systems Oversight
  Oversee installation and maintenance of CCTV, alarms, and related systems.
  Train store staff on using security equipment and emergency procedures.
• Policy & Compliance
  Develop and implement loss prevention policies and safety protocols.
  Lead employee training sessions on theft deterrence and safety standards.
• Inventory Control
  Partner with inventory teams to reduce shrinkage and investigate discrepancies.
  Ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and inventory checks.
• Data Analysis & Operational Support
  Collaborate with the operations team to track and analyze sales performance.
  Identify and report unusual patterns or performance deviations.
  Generate weekly and daily performance and incident reports.

Requirements:

• Education & Certifications
  Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field preferred.
  Industry certifications (e.g., LPC, CPP) are a plus.
• Experience
  2-3 years of relevant experience in loss prevention, security, or retail operations.
  Experience within a retail environment is highly desirable.
• Skills & Competencies
  Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
  Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  Proficient with CCTV, incident reporting systems, and data analysis tools.
  Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure retail settings.
  Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
