Assistant Finance Manager

Are you an experienced finance professional who enjoys leading teams, driving process improvements, and ensuring financial excellence? We are looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to oversee a portfolio and deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting.

The Role

This is a leadership position with responsibility for end-to-end financial management, compliance, and reporting. You'll partner with stakeholders to provide robust financial insights while mentoring and guiding a dedicated finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• \tDeliver accurate financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for the assigned portfolio.

• \tPrepare annual financial statements in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.

• \tAssess accounting standard changes and apply correct treatment across business activities.

• \tManage Net property income, rental revenue adjustments

• \tManage tax-related matters including income tax and GST filings.

• \tLead statutory and internal audits, serving as key liaison with auditors.

• \tIdentify process gaps, strengthen internal controls, and drive system improvements.

• \tProvide leadership, coaching, and direction to finance executives.

Requirements

• \tDegree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (CPA/ACCA preferred).

• \tAt least 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience, ideally with exposure to the real estate sector.

• \tPrior supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage.

• \tStrong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.

• \tHighly analytical, detail-oriented, and accurate.

• \tExperience with Yardi or other Accounting systems

• \tExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.
