Procurement Manager

Job Requirement:

• 5 to 6 years of experience in Procurement (Legal).
• Excellent Microsoft Office skill.
• Familiarity with Digital / IT industries, IT architectures is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements to achieve a calibrated best position for the Company from contractual and business perspectives.
• Advising on all relevant policy, compliance and regulatory matters, particularly in relation to cybersecurity & data laws, company law, contract law, intellectual property law, digital and technology laws under the general context of Client Procurement.
• Advising on and managing contracting documentation and processes.
• Working in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
