Job Description:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Pastry Assistants / Bakers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate baking ovens and other pastry equipment safely and efficiently
• Make various types of cream fillings with attention to texture and flavor
• Fill and decorate cream puffs to meet Chewy Junior quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking area at all times
• Follow food safety and hygiene practices
• Assist with inventory and restocking of ingredients and materials
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely production
• Provide friendly and respectful communication with team and management

Requirements:

• Previous experience in baking, pastry making, or kitchen work is preferred
• No experience? No problem! We provide full training for passionate and reliable candidates
• Basic knowledge of baking techniques and kitchen safety is a plus
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks
• Punctual, reliable, and responsible
