Job Summary
Join CREW as a Recruitment Intern / Temp, where you will support consultants in high-volume recruitment projects. This role provides hands-on exposure to candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and recruitment operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, and outreach
• Support interview scheduling and onboarding for candidates
• Liaise with candidates and clients for updates and follow-ups
• Help with mass recruitment drives, events, and project coordination
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Provide administrative support to consultants on day-to-day tasks

Requirements

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and organised
• Good communication skills and ability to engage with people
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Willing to learn and proactive in supporting the team
