Job Responsibilities:
Job Requirements:
- Manage the outlet(s) day to day operations and sales
- Handling inquiries from customers and staffs
- Sales, knowledge and product training of consultants, beauticians and masseues in the outlets
- Retain and build on CRM database
- Lead, motivate and drive the team to achieve sales target
- Optimize employee performance to optimize revenue generated
- Identify current and future customers requirements by establishing a good rapport
- Ensure outlet(s) maintain a high level of customer service satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Recommend and promote suitable treatment plans and products to customers
- Handle all inquiries, feedback and complaints of customers
- Settle internal staff issues of outlets
- Compile daily sales and customer reports
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by direct superior
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the Aesthetics industry
- Excellent influencing and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and mindset, able to roll with punches
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays and retail hours
