As a Management Trainee, you will be trained in all aspects of Food & Beverage (F&B) operations. This includes both front-of-house and back-of-house tasks, managing customer relations, overseeing staff, ensuring product quality, controlling costs, and planning budgets.

Requirement

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in F&B restaurants
• Minimum 'O' level or Diploma in F&B service or equivalent
• Willing to be involved in hands on operations

• Physical stamina and ability to work standing for extended periods
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
