Responsibilities
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Manage day-to-day sales and operations of spa business
- Achieve personal and outlet sales targets consistently
- Work closely with the Marketing Department on the execution of sales and promotional activities, and handle social media/phone inquiries
- Build customer relationships into long-term clients
- Handle customers' feedback and provide service recovery where necessary.
- Evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and offer coaching.
- Analyse, maintain, and develop standard operating procedures
- Handle ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by management
- Build and motivate the operations team to boost sales performance
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to handle Mandarin-speaking customers).
- Required Skill(s): team management, sales and operations, consultation, customer service
- At least 3 years of relevant sales experience in the aesthetics industry, and experience in outlet management.
- Well-groomed with a pleasant personality
- Results-driven and service-oriented with proven sales track record.
- Strong aptitude in sales promotional techniques
