What you'll be doing

• Support the Head of Department in implementing WSH programmes
• Liaise with Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) coordinators from various departments to ensure compliance and reporting
• Partner with internal stakeholders on design-for-safety initiatives and construction-related activities, including reviewing risk assessments and permits to work
• Maintain risk registry and ensure compliance with MOM regulations and other relevant standards
• Conduct in-house WSH training, workshops, and promotion activities to raise awareness and drive safety culture
• Monitor and review WSH performance, recommending improvements to processes and practices

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree
• 2 - 3 years of similar working experience
• Registered as a Workplace Safety & Health Officer
• Proven track record in implementing and monitoring WSH protocols, preferably in a healthcare or healthcare-related field
• Familiarity with safety or quality certification programmes such as ISO and safety/ health management systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Highly motivated, action-oriented team player with strong planning, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Resilient, adaptable to change, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
