Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and present solutions to clients
• Manage customer accounts by understanding their needs and offering effective solutions
• Identify, develop, and maintain new business relationships
• Manage B2B sales accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist customers in resolving service-related issues promptly
• Gather feedback from customers and support problem resolution
