- Lead full-stack software development, including architecture design, front-end and back-end implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Develop front-end architecture and user interfaces utilising modern technologies such as React, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Design and implement robust back-end logic, services, and database integration using Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI), SQL databases, and related technologies.
- Integrate front-end and back-end components with Zael's data sources and APIs, ensuring seamless functionality and high performance.
- Ensure cross-platform compatibility and responsiveness of applications.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of all software solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and the engineering team to define and implement intuitive and efficient user experiences.
- Mentor and guide software development team members, promoting best practices, continuous improvement, and high-quality standards.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in full-stack development with proficiency in modern frameworks and languages (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Java)
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and containerisation technologies (e.g., Docker).
- Solid experience in software architecture, database design, and API development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience or interest in the maritime sector or related fields is beneficial but not required.
