Responsibilities
Requirements
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, analysis, budgets, and forecasts for the assigned portfolio
- Prepare annual financial statements in line with Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)
- Assess the impact of changes in accounting standards and ensure proper treatment of business activities
- Manage audits and liaise with internal and external auditors
- Oversee income tax and GST filings in compliance with Singapore regulations; support other tax-related matters
- Identify process gaps, implement controls, and drive system improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting quality
- Lead and develop a team of finance executives
- Undertake other duties and assignments as required
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy or professional qualification (CPA/ACCA or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within the real estate sector
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting and FRS
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
