Responsibilities
  • Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, analysis, budgets, and forecasts for the assigned portfolio
  • Prepare annual financial statements in line with Financial Reporting Standards (FRS)
  • Assess the impact of changes in accounting standards and ensure proper treatment of business activities
  • Manage audits and liaise with internal and external auditors
  • Oversee income tax and GST filings in compliance with Singapore regulations; support other tax-related matters
  • Identify process gaps, implement controls, and drive system improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting quality
  • Lead and develop a team of finance executives
  • Undertake other duties and assignments as required

Requirements
  • Degree in Accountancy or professional qualification (CPA/ACCA or equivalent)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within the real estate sector
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting and FRS
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
