We are seeking a proactive, organized, and highly motivated Admin & Marketing Executive to provide essential administrative and marketing support to our management and team. This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and assisting in event coordination, client data management, and social media activities. With responsibilities ranging from managing office tasks to supporting major marketing initiatives, the ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for contributing to the growth of the company. Administrative Support
• \tProvide administrative assistance to the management and project teams.
• \tAnswer, screen, and transfer phone calls; greet and direct visitors and clients professionally.
• \tPrepare meeting rooms and refreshments for guests when required.
• \tMaintain and organize filing systems and ensure records are up-to-date and accessible.
• \tRetrieve and summarize requested information from records, emails, and meeting minutes.
• \tAddress and resolve administrative inquiries efficiently.
• \tCoordinate travel, appointments, and meeting schedules for managers.
• \tPrepare agendas and ensure necessary details for meetings are provided.
• \tOversee office supplies and ensure all office equipment is in working order.
• \tEnsure all purchases are approved by the Finance and Admin Department.
• \tAssist with travel arrangements including insurance, hotel, and flight bookings for staff and visitors (subject to Finance approval).
• \tManage the Managing Director's calendar, travel, and correspondence; arrange transportation as needed.
• \tServe as the main point of contact for employee inquiries.
• \tPerform general office administration and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Marketing Support
• \tAssist the Business Development Team with planning and coordination of company events and marketing activities.
• \tSupport in the marketing domain, including:
• \tMajor event planning and coordination.
• \tHandling all tasks related to events and client engagement.
• \tClient data collection and management.
• \tBenchmarking the company against competitors.
• \tManaging and updating social media platforms.
• \tMaintaining accurate and organized client records.
• \tFiling and updating client-related data.
• \tCreate visually appealing presentations and marketing materials.
• \tContribute fresh ideas and apply new technology/tools to enhance marketing efforts.
