Roles & Responsibilities

As a Service Crew Member, you'll be the heartbeat of our front-of-house operations. Your key duties include:

• Customer Service Excellence:
  • Greet guests warmly and assist with seating
  • Take orders accurately and answer menu-related questions
  • Ensure guests feel welcome, attended to, and satisfied
• Order & Payment Handling:
  • Process orders using POS systems
  • Handle cash and card transactions securely
  • Issue receipts and manage simple billing inquiries
• Food & Beverage Service:
  • Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
  • Refill beverages and attend to guest requests during meals
  • Clear tables and reset for the next guests
• Cleanliness & Setup:
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
  • Set up tables, utensils, and condiments before service
  • Assist in closing duties like sweeping, wiping, and restocking
• Team Collaboration:
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and fellow crew
  • Support teammates during peak hours
  • Attend briefings and follow service protocols

• Basic communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
• Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is a bonus-but not required
