SCOPE OF WORK

• Procurement Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement the project procurement strategy aligned with project objectives, schedules, and budgets. Collaborate with engineering, construction, and project management teams to define procurement requirements and timelines.;
• Supplier Management: Lead the sourcing, pre-qualification, and selection of suppliers/vendors for materials, equipment, and subcontracting services. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance. Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and resolve disputes or non-conformities.
• Tendering & Contracting: Prepare and issue RFQs (Request for Quotations), tenders, and bid evaluations. Administer contracts, ensuring compliance with legal, HSE (Health, Safety, Environment), and project requirements.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor procurement team members, fostering collaboration and professional development.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Management, Business or Engineering degree is preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience in Offshore / Oil and Gas environment
• Experience procuring complex, critical and high value equipment and material
• Experience with Saudi Aramco /Qatar Energy project experience will be an added advantage
