Join our Learning & Development team and help shape the next generation of leaders. As a Youth Development Enthusiast, you will focus on delivering engaging training sessions and facilitating youth programmes. This is our entry role, designed for those passionate about youth development and eager to grow in the training field.

High performers in this role will be given progressive exposure to leadership and consultancy work, including opportunities to shadow consultants when engaging with school leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and deliver engaging training sessions across youth development programmes.
• Mentor and support Training Associates through onboarding, coaching, and continuous learning.
• Manage training operations: scheduling, reporting, logistics preparation, and inventory management.
• Contribute to curriculum content development, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and participant needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Energetic, approachable, and passionate about youth development.
• Skilled in facilitation and classroom/group management.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
• Eager to learn and adapt quickly; open to new experiences.
• Knowledge of Singapore's education landscape (MOE system, CCAs, youth/community organisations) is an advantage.
• Prior experience with youths is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Other Information

• Work arrangement: Fully onsite at our office located in the West.
• Salary: $2,800 - $3,500 per month (depending on qualifications and experience).
• Employment type: Full-time, direct-hire role.
