Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and review contract terms with clients, consultants, main contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
• Administer contracts end-to-end, advising on extensions, claims, variations, and loss/expense matters.
• Guide project teams on contractual compliance and procedures to minimize risks.
• Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies, with expertise in PSSCOC, REDAS, SIA, and SOP Act.
• Resolve disputes collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Prepare contract documents, agreements, and dispute correspondence.
• Handle ad-hoc duties as required.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Contract Law, or equivalent.
• About 10 years in construction contract management, preferably in M&E projects.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record in claims resolution and risk advisory.
• Strong negotiation and documentation abilities.
• Familiarity with BCA regulations and ISO standards.
