*Seeking for an Operations Support/Bunker Admin who has an relevant internship or minimum 6 months of relevant Operations experience in Commodities/shipping industry*

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Part of the operations team
• Update transactions into database/excel
• Data entry to the system
• Ensure documents are ready for archiving
• Any other ad hoc matters

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Business Studies/Management/Administration/Shipping or any other relevant education
• With internship or minimum 6 months of relevant Operations experience in Commodities/shipping industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Excel etc
• Friendly, able to multi-task, team player, has good interpersonal and communication skills
