Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA / ACCA preferred).
- Oversee daily finance operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and profitability, providing variance analysis and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct financial analysis to optimize pricing, cost control, and inventory management.
- Lead the finance team and ensure strong internal controls.
- Support business expansion, new product launches, and investment decisions with financial insights.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA / ACCA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role (experience in wholesale or IT distribution is an advantage).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
- Experience in inventory financing, credit control, and supplier payment management.
- Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
