We are looking for a proactive team member to join our Organisation Development and Engagement team. The role will serve as one of the primary point-of-contact for staff regarding organisational development and engagement matters. The role focuses on providing advice, support, and guidance on people-related issues, contributing to a positive and productive work environment while helping to align individual and team performance with organisational goals.

1. Resourcing
  • Consistently review staff headcount across teams in relation to overall EOM budget
  • Partner HODs to support and facilitate resourcing needs
  • Facilitates recruitment of temporary staff

2. Talent Development
  • Support talent management initiatives to identify, develop and retain talent to sustain a healthy succession pipeline for leadership and key positions, such as:
  • Plan, design and execute Mentoring Programme for key talents
  • Organize curated teambuilding and engagement events for key talents
  • Facilitate and track the review and award process for Sponsorships, Awards and Accreditation

3. Employee Engagement
  • Organize annual engagement sessions with HODs and partner with HODs to address critical people related issues. Work with HODs to ensure follow-through and publish key actions.
  • Demonstrate strong awareness of ground sentiments and use insights to design engagement strategies that enhance employee experience, culture, and meet staff needs.
  • Develop initiatives that deliver a more positive employee experience
  • Coordinates with vendors and/or managers to organize regular team building activities

4. Data Reporting and Analysis
  • Creation of dashboard to facilitate data analyses
  • Support the collection and analysis of data (e.g., engagement surveys, attrition, training needs).

5. Policy and Process Development
  • Develop and/or streamline organisational SOPs and Policies
  • Ensure compliance with various organisational policies.

6. Any other task/initiatives as assigned

Requirements
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in HR, in at least 2 or more of the following areas of Talent Development, Employee Engagement, Data Reporting and Culture Development.
  • Business Partnering experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical ability with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven track record in stakeholder management
  • Able to work effectively independently and in teams
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure sensitive information is handled appropriately.
