Job Objective

A creative professional who can conceptualize, produce, and edit engaging video content for sales, clients, new business, and internal marketing needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, storyboard, shoot, and edit videos for campaigns across sales, marketing, and HR initiatives

• Partner with executives and teams to develop compelling internal and external video marketing materials

• Manage video projects with minimal direction, ensuring high-quality outputs that align with business objectives

• Edit and adapt video content for multiple digital platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others

• Create short-form and long-form video content (e.g., reels, explainer videos, promotional campaigns, corporate stories)

• Support with static graphics where needed (e.g., thumbnails, titles, social posts) to complement video deliverables

• Confident in using AI design and video tools including, but not limited to, Midjourney, HeyGen, Adobe Firefly, and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

• Ensure all visual content maintains strong storytelling, brand consistency, and compliance with company standards

• Work efficiently across multiple projects, balancing tight deadlines and shifting priorities

• Proactive and eager to learn, with the flexibility to adapt quickly to evolving project needs in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• For local applicants only (Singaporean/PR)

• Salary: $3.5K - $4K (negotiable) with CPF

• 1-4 years of experience in video production, editing, or multimedia design

• Strong portfolio showcasing video editing, motion graphics, and digital storytelling

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related video-editing software (plus advantage if experienced with AI tools)

• Clean and sophisticated visual style with a solid understanding of digital best practices

• Branding, typography, and motion graphics skills are advantageous

• Fresh graduates with proven freelance or portfolio experience are welcome
