• 44 hours work week
• 2 off days/week
• Split Shift per work day (12pm - 3pm, 6pm - 11pm)

What You'll Do

• Assist in the preparation and execution of high-quality dishes in line with our farm-to-table philosophy.
• Support senior chefs in day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and excellence.
• Take ownership of your section and maintain high standards of mise en place, hygiene, and organisation.
• Work closely with the team to deliver a memorable dining experience for every guest.
• Embrace learning opportunities to expand your culinary skills and knowledge of sustainable cooking.

What We're Looking For

• Relevant kitchen experience (for Demi CDP), but we also welcome enthusiastic learners for Line Cook roles.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for cooking.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen while keeping standards high.
