Responsible for overseeing communication related to both past and ongoing projects, ensuring

seamless servicing and facilitating the continued delivery of project milestones.

Coordinates the scheduling of servicing, maintenance, collection, and delivery of goods to ensure timely

and efficient operations.

Serves as the primary point of contact for clients regarding the request and provision of additional items.

Provides occasional support to the accounts team in the preparation and distribution of invoices and

quotations.

Responsible for overseeing the management and organization of warehouse inventory.

Responsible for managing all incoming shipments and outgoing goods, ensuring accurate and timely

processing.

Coordinates and prepares reservations for project-related items.

Coordinates and prepares delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient dispatch

Conducts thorough inspections of items prior to delivery to ensure accuracy and quality.

Occasionally responsible for receiving and releasing goods, ensuring proper documentation and

inventory management.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor Degree

Minimum working experience 05 years in singapore.

Ready to visit project

Prefer having skill in Customer Service, Inventory Control,

Time Management, Problem-Solving
