In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily game operations, optimizing player engagement, and ensuring a seamless gaming experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance features, analyze performance, and grow our player community.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily game operations, including event planning, launch execution, and player maintenance.
• Track and analyze in-game data to identify opportunities for improvement and support effective implementation.
• Collaborate with product, technical, and customer support teams to enhance features and overall user experience.
• Monitor, manage, and respond to player feedback to foster a positive and engaged community.
• Conduct market research, including competitor analysis and operational content strategy, to stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements

• Prior experience in game operations, community management, or content planning is an advantage.
• Passion for the gaming industry, with strong knowledge of casual/social mobile game trends and player behavior.
• Excellent communication skills, data-driven mindset, and strong execution ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; data analysis skills are a plus.
• Responsible, collaborative, and able to perform under pressure.
• Experience in global mobile game markets is preferred.
• Familiarity with social media operations and user growth strategies is a bonus.
