The Role

As Executive Talent Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with senior consultants and a specialist team to fulfil client mandates with efficiency and professionalism
• Conducting in-depth talent market research and engaging directly with senior professionals in the financial services sector
• Facilitating smooth, well-organized interview and selection processes, ensuring a quality experience for all stakeholders
• Expanding professional networks and shaping sourcing strategies tailored for Asia's evolving market
• Contributing to Lleapz's growth through involvement in client development initiatives and market outreach

Professional Experience & Attributes

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in executive search, recruitment, consulting, or client-facing roles
• Strong relationship-building abilities, combining confidence with humility in all professional interactions
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree (HR, Finance, Business, or related)
• Background in asset & wealth management or fintech is a plus
• CEI Certificate is an advantage
• Singapore resident or with work authorization
