Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the day-to-day site coordination and ensure smooth project execution.
• Liaise with clients, consultant and sub-contractors.
• Coordinate and monitor the work of external partners and suppliers.
• Attend meetings and site reviews to track progress and resolve issues.
• Supervise on-site activities to ensure timelines, quality and safety standards are met.
• Provide leadership to the project team and ensure accountability across all members.
• Prepare required reports, documentation, and plans for project implementation.
• Support project management functions including planning, cost control, and progress reporting.
• Maintain proper records and keep management updated regularly.

Requirements:
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
• Independent, proactive, and capable of resolving challenges on-site
• Organized and detail-oriented with good documentation practices
• Able to prepare Method Statement and Safe Work Procedure
• Background in project management of interior fit-out is preferred
