Staff Nurse / Senior Staff Nurse (Multidicipline) - Gov Hospital

Location: Central & West
3-Shift Rotation | 5-Day Work Week
$2,700 - $6,000 + AWS + 2-3 Months Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, competent, and patient-centered nursing care
• Administer medication, wound care, and monitor patients' conditions
• Coordinate with physicians and provide direct patient care
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold infection control standards
• Participate in Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) meetings for holistic care planning
• Supervise junior staff and ensure compliance with SNB standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and confidential patient care environment
• Support families through patients' end-of-life journey
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the ward

✅ Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• At least a Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution
• Experience in a hospital setting preferred
• Compassionate, team-oriented, and able to work under pressure
