We are looking for Regional Sales Manager to join our fast growing organization under Business team.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement sales plans and strategies aligned with company goals.
• Research and analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
• Set sales targets, forecast sales volumes and monitor performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Address client inquiries, complaints and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential customers.
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and service support teams to align sales efforts with overall business strategy.
• Provide input on pricing and product enhancements based on customer feedback.
• Manage expenses and resources, and ensure sales activities contribute to the overall financial health of the company.

Requirements:

• Degree in Sales & Marketing or related field.
• Preferably 5 years of Sales & Marketing experience, with some management experience in defence technology.
• Engineering background is advantageous.
• Able to travel overseas
• Organized and meticulous.
• Able to travel overseas
