Job Description

• Oversee the management of warehouses, industrial factories, and foreign migrant worker dormitories (in compliance with FEDA regulations).
• Ensure proper upkeep, safety, and operational efficiency across all facilities.
• Manage factory and property operations, including space allocation, leasing arrangements, and tenant relations.
• Monitor rental costs, maintenance budgets, and overall facility expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate renovation projects, routine property maintenance, and warehouse inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee waste management, including bin allocations and disposal schedules, and handle scrap material processes.
• Manage parking facilities, including EV charging stations, to ensure availability, safety, and operational readiness.
• Support event and venue setup within company facilities to meet operational or corporate requirements.
• Maintain and oversee CCTV systems to ensure proper functioning and enhance property security.

Requirement

• 3-5 years of experience in managing industrial properties, warehouses, or dormitories.
• Class 3 Driving License
• Familiar with FEDA regulations and dormitory operational standards.
• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, leasing, and cost management.
• Ability to liaise effectively with tenants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Hands-on experience in CCTV maintenance and monitoring is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
