Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide clients through consultations with professionalism.
• Advise clients on suitable treatments and aesthetic solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Build long-term relationships and provide excellent after-sales service.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure a smooth treatment journey.
• Work closely with doctors and therapists to ensure seamless service delivery.

Clinic Manager - Experience

• 3-5 years in aesthetics/healthcare/beauty management
• Proven sales & KPI achievement
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Bilingual (English + Mandarin/Malay) preferred

Clinic Consultant - Experience

• Prior sales/consulting experience in aesthetics, beauty, or healthcare
• Strong client communication & persuasion skills
• Track record in meeting sales targets
• Bilingual (English + Mandarin/Malay) preferred
