Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to customers and secure appointments

• Foster and enhance relationships with customers through calls, Whatsapp, email or other electronic communication

• Handle customers' enquires and/or objections with confidence

• Achieve conversion targets set out by business (such as contact rate, appointment rate)

• Ensure proper documentation and update on activities, leads and appointment details

• Ensure call activities are conducted with full adherence to regulations and in line with quality standards

• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in a related discipline

• 1 year of relevant experience would be an added advantage

• Able to start immediately or within short notice
