About the Role:
We are looking for a Customer Service & Financial Sales Advisor to provide excellent service to walk-in customers while introducing them to financial products from our partner bank. If you enjoy helping people and have a talent for sales, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver friendly and professional service to walk-in customers.
• Identify potential customers for insurance, banking and financing solutions.
• Generate leads and referrals for partnered financial institutions.
• Advise customers on the most suitable financial products.

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in retail or financial services.
• Comfortable working towards sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Other Information:

• Work Hours: 44 hours per week (with Saturday and Sunday based on rostered shifts)
• Compensation & Benefits: Guaranteed monthly basic salary + 13th month bonus, incentives, medical coverage for immediate dependents, flexi benefits and incentive trips (*subject to sales targets)
