- Reports to Managing Director of Singapore Branch Office
- Responsible for monitoring of critical financials & operational metrics, and formulate strategic plans to drive financial performance and direction of the company
- Review all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports
- Ensure Company's compliance with all Group and statutory requirements, including statistical reporting
- Oversee the finance operations and related activities across all Project sites
- Oversee financial functions for construction projects in Singapore, including the execution of funds and issuance of guarantees
- Liaise with external and internal auditors, tax agents and banks
- Report to be done and submitted in Korean for monthly, quarterly and yearly Singapore financial activities to Headquarters in Korea.
- Participate in Finance related strategy discussions with Headquarters which will be conducted primarily in Korean
- Develop yearly budgeting and forecasting
- Lead, support, train, and develop finance team members
- Prefer Korean Speaking (Written & Spoken)
