• Operate cash register/POS system to process cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and handle exchanges in line with company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier counter.
• Assist customers with inquiries, product locations, and basic store information.
• Bag and pack items carefully for customers.
• Monitor and restock small counter items such as plastic bags, receipts, and cash register supplies.
• Handle cash responsibly, perform daily opening/closing balancing, and report discrepancies.
• Support in restocking shelves and arranging displays when required.
• Follow store policies on hygiene, safety, and loss prevention.
