Purpose and Scope
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Supervisor responsible for M&E works such as Fire Protection, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary etc.
Responsibilities:
- To prepare and arrange M&E installation in accordance with approved drawings and materials
- To carry out site supervision on M&E works and arrange inspection
- To supervise workers and able to guide them on subcon's works and progress in accordance to schedule set
- To coordinate M&E works on-site with trades personnel and ensure compliance
- To support Safety team by ensuring subcontractors are complying with safety procedures and requirements
- Liaise and work with relevant authorities/ subcontractors/ clients on shop drawings/ equipment submission, inspections, testing requirements and commissioning
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical and electronics or mechanical engineering
- Possess workplace safety and health management in construction supervisor course
- Possess Class 3 driving license - Singapore
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience as M&E Supervisor in Singapore
- Experience in M&E Engineering (Fire protection, Electrical & Plumbing works)
- Must hold BCSS certification
- Must be team player and have the ability to interact effectively with all levels of workers and management.
