Job Description
Job Specifications
- Preparing the list of works, materials, tools, machinery, and other things to be used.
- Conduct inspections before and after the work and plan the work for the given task.
- Communicate closely with Supervisors by updating the works, such as before, progress, after, or completion of works on site.
- Preparing walls and other surfaces before painting outside/ Gondolas.
- Putty/Plaster to repair cracks.
- Hands-on support for building operations.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of the designated places.
- Documentation of scheduled routine findings and rectification.
- Attend to all work orders issued by the operations and management
- Knowledgeable in mixing and applying paint for painting.
- Able to protect furniture and fixtures before and during painting
- Daily routine inspection of building premises, safety measures, etc.
- To perform any ad hoc tasks as required
- Must attend early morning site meetings.
- Follows all required safety procedures.
Job Specifications
- Similar experiences will be an advantage
- Able to commit to Overtime when required
- Able to calculate surface area and plan the usage of paint
- Able to work at heights
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays, should there be a requirement.
- Independent, resourceful, and able to work under pressure
