Job Description

• Develop and implement product governance frameworks.
• Monitor and assess product performance to identify and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure digital products meet organisational standards.
• Provide guidance on regulatory updates and their impact on digital products.
• Establish and maintain documentation for governance processes and procedures.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of product governance practices.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on governance matters.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Product Governance Manager should have:

• A strong background in product governance and compliance within the Retail industry.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are delivered in a timely manner.
• Experience working with Retail Omnichannel products in a Product Management/Project Management capacity.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A proactive and detail-oriented.
