Responsibilities:
- Key job responsibilities are to isolate, identify and investigate how probiotics can impactgrowth rate and health of fish in the aquaculture industry.
- Developing and formulating encapsulation systems for the delivery of probiotics will also be part of the job scope.
- The candidate will conduct growth trials and challenge tests with research collaborators to understand the impact of functional fish feeds vs existing feeds.
Job Requirement:
- The candidate should possess a Master qualification with relevant research experience in the stated fields
- The candidate will be hired in an aquaculture-related project that funded by a government agency.
- The candidate will be working as a part of a research team to provide expertise knowledge and skills in microbiology and materials science to address to the hypothesis in the project.
