As a Program Manager at EMR T&M GROUP (NI), you will be responsible for ensuring the success and addressing business concerns of some of our largest, most important Semiconductor & Electronics customers around the world.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Act as primary contact for the customer throughout the project lifecycle and negotiate scope/schedule changes.
  • Ensure successful delivery of projects including DUT migration and large complex Semiconductor & Electronics Test Solutions with a clear plan to deliver on schedule, and optimize cost to stay within budget.
  • Ensure successful execution of a portfolio of complex opportunities.
  • Align internal R&D, Customer Centric Solution (CCS) team execution and partner delivery with customer needs and Business Unit's strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and team members to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new project.
  • Collaborate with CCS manager to ensure appropriate staffing on projects.
  • Develop Statement of Work (SOW) with partners, vendors and customers.
  • Partner with existing project teams and business leaders to accelerate project delivery.
  • Effectively communicate program/project status, tradeoffs, risks, and changes to collaborators, customers, partners, and team members. including, but not limited to, senior executive management.
  • Proactively anticipate and resolve partner concerns, ensuring minimal problems and customer complaints.
  • Mediate and influence discussions outcome and drives timely key business decisions.
  • Improve & optimize cross organizational responsibilities and interlocks for opportunity pursuit across different functional group and customer facing organizations.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • 3+ years' experience in Technical Project Management of product, system, or solution development
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects/ tasks simultaneously and effectively prioritize projects and tasks.
  • Strong cross functional collaboration skills and an ability to influence.
  • Strong technical and executive communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with a wide range of individuals.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • A background in semiconductor automated test or complex system development
  • Strong understanding of business concepts such as pricing, costs, margins, terms and conditions preferred
  • PMP or other Project Management certification is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) preferred
  • Customer facing experience and Japanese speaking candidate is preferred
