We have launched a vibrant new bar-restaurant in one of Singapore's busiest districts and are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Captain Waiter to join our front-of-house team. Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the service team during daily operations and service periods
• Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming dining experience for all guests
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
• Train, guide, and support wait staff to maintain service standards
• Handle guest feedback, enquiries, and service recovery professionally
• Ensure cleanliness, setup, and readiness of the dining area before and after service
• Monitor service quality, timing, and presentation throughout operations
• Adhere to company policies, service standards, and hygiene guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in F&B service, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
• WSQ Food Hygiene Certificate (preferred or willing to obtain)
