About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team in supporting the smooth operations of teaching labs. The role involves working closely with course coordinators, lab supervisors, and students to ensure readiness of lab environments, technical resources, and equipment for effective teaching and assessments.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with course coordinators to set up the environment for lab sessions and assessments.
• Ensure availability of technical manuals and specifications as required.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections to ensure teaching resources are operational and ready.
• Assist with preparation of computer images for virtualization streaming to lab PCs.
• Support lab supervisors during quiz sessions or assessments.
• Respond promptly to equipment failures by diagnosing and troubleshooting issues.
• Manage and maintain lab assets, ensuring proper recording of equipment.
• Support procurement and upgrading of lab equipment in line with curriculum needs.
• Oversee daily lab operations and ensure workplace safety in compliance with guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an educational institution.
• Proficient in coding and debugging using languages such as C++, Python, JavaScript, and others.
