Pharmacy Technician (Shift hours, Central, monthly up to $ 3,800)

• Shift hours, 8 hours per day (Between 7am to 9:30pm)
• Occasional night shift coverage from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM may be required.
• 5 days per week (Across Mon to Sun, 1 weekend and 1 weekday off)
• Salary up to $ 3,800

Roles and Responsibilities

• To maintain the distribution of drugs and to ensure a stringent and accurate inventory control system
• To assist pharmacist with drugs ordering, processing and replenishment.
• Dispense and counsel patients on medications according to Good Dispensing Guidelines.
• Provide professional and good customer service to all patients and staff.
• Supervise, coach and train new pharmacy technicians and assistants in work processes.
• To help out with clerical work and other administrative functions as assigned by pharmacists.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE "N" Level with a Certificate in Pharmacy Technician course conducted by Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore or Diploma in Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical Science.
• One year of experience in acute hospital setting.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resourceful, organized and able to work independently.
• Possess good analytical capabilities and good problem solving skills.
• Open to working shift hours/weekends including night shift
