The Head of Trade (North Asia & Oceania) is responsible for overseeing and driving the company's growth and profitability in the North Asia & Oceania Regions. This leadership position requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, make decisive business decisions, and provide insightful advice to the Head of Department (HOD).

The individual will develop and implement comprehensive business plans, ensure efficient operations, and foster a supportive, goal-oriented culture within the organization. Requires exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills to drive the business forward in a competitive market landscape.

Job Description :

• Oversee / study market changes that influence the company and provide market insights and strategic advice to the Management
• Responsible for the profit and loss for North Asia & Oceania Regions
• Lead and drive significant development of the business & profitability as well as maintaining strong / long term relationship with the customers
• Managing customers relationship well to ensure that the company has always a share on the business
• To make sharp and decisive decision approaching the market to ensure company's profitability on business
• To keep the communication active towards internal colleagues (Commercial / Operations / Finance) to ensure smooth sales closure
• Assess, manage & resolve problematic developments & situations
• To provide strategic leadership to the team to achieve goals & objectives
• Develop & implement comprehensive business plans designed to grow the business and improve costs efficiency
• Ability to identify, assign, develop & retain key employees
• Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations
• Effective communication of division and corporate vision to build a supportive culture
• Evaluate staff performance based on established KPIs and address & resolve staff performance issues effectively
