Clinic Assistant (5.5 days, Mon to Fri, Half-day Sat/Sun, $2,000+)

• 5.5 days per week (Mon to Fri 8:30am-3pm, Sat or Sun 8:30am-1pm)
• 3 night shift per week 6 pm to 9 pm

Responsibilities

• To assist the Clinic Manager and ensure operational efficiency of the clinic.
• Perform front desks duties - registering patients, answering phone-calls, dealing with enquiries and assisting doctor's needs.
• Cashiering duties - payment collection, filing relevant claims, bookkeeping.
• Dispensary
• Clinical duties - assisting clinical tasks like ECG, nebulizer, dressing, minor surgical procedures, triaging
• Inventory - Maintain adequate supplies and functionality of consumables, medications, stationery, medical equipment. Stock taking and organization of stock
• Maintenance of clinic's cleanliness and appearance.

Requirements

• Min N level and above.
• No experience require, on job training provided.
• Responsible and good communication skills
