Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for working closely with staff in day-to-day outlet operation

• Maintain good rapport with staff to ensure sales targets are achieved by individual and team performance

• Ability to drive sales and build a new customer base

• Promote brand awareness and the company's service/ products to customers

• Handle customer's feedback professionally

• Lead and motivate staff in providing excellent service

• Deliver professional nail services, including manicure/ pedicure, extension and gel nail services

• Good excellent cleanliness and hygiene practices

• Recommending various nail designs and nail art to clients

• Ensuring that workstations are kept clean and orderly

• Ensuring that nail supplies are adequately stocked

• Advise clients on nail care and the use of products and colours

• Promote and sell nail care products

• Oversee staff deployment, leave, recruitment and training

• Other duties as and when assigned

Requirements

• Candidates must have prior experience handling all operational aspects of a nail salon, with at least 5 years relevant experience

• Able to work on weekends and PH

• Good communication skills and cheerful personality

• Must be bilingual in both English and Chinese to liaise with Mandarin speaking staff and customers
